Q . What’s Berries Rewards?

The Berries Rewards is our rewards program that lets you earn points on all your purchases and redeem those points like cash in your next purchases.

Q . How do I starting earning Points?

It’s super easy! Simply follow:

Log in/ Create to your Strawberrynet account
Start shopping and earning Points! In your 1st order, you will earn 2% of your total order value. For example, you will earn 2 points when you spend $100.
Once you shopped with us twice or more, you are LEVEL UP! That’s mean, you will earn more points!

Q . How do I level up/ maintain my Bonus Point Entitlement?

Your Bonus Point Entitlement will be valid for 6 months from the date you entered that Level.
During this 6-month period, you’ll need to shop certain number of orders to make yourself qualified in that Level, or you’ll risk being moved down.

To maintain Level 1

You’ll need to place 2 – 3 orders.

Earn 3% bonus point in every order.

To maintain Level 2

You’ll need to place 4 – 5 orders.

Earn 4% bonus point in every order.

To maintain Level 3

You’ll need to place 6 – 9 orders.

Earn 5% bonus point in every order.

To maintain Level 4

You’ll need to place 10 – 19 orders.

Earn 7% bonus point in every order.

To maintain Level 5

You’ll need to place 20 or more orders.

Earn 10% bonus point in every order.

If you do not qualify within 6 months, you will automatically be moved down to Level 1.
Please make sure you’re opted-in to our marketing communications, we will email you reminder(s) before your Level expiration date.
Please note you may also move down a Level due to a refund/ return/ cancellation.

Q . How do I check my Points balance?

Log in to your Strawberrynet account
Go to “Account Page” > “Point History”. You’ll see the points which you can be used right away, points summary that you’ve spent and those expired points.

Q . How do I redeem my Points?

Log in to your Strawberrynet account
Go to “Account Page” > “Point History” and you’ll see the available points which you can be used right away.
Key in the number of point you wish to redeem at checkout. The redeemed points will then automatically deduct in your order.
Be reminded, your points will expire after 90 days – AND, we will send you reminder before they go expire.
Points can be used with a minimum spend of $300.00. For more info, see the T&C.
